SoftBlack offers the following services:

• Digital marketing strategy and consultation.
• Social media management and advertising.
• Search engine optimization (SEO).
• Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
• Content creation and copywriting.
• Web development and design.

• Payments must be made in full or as per agreed installment plans before the start of any project.
• Invoices are issued electronically and are payable within 7 business days unless specified otherwise.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or result in the suspension of services.

• Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made prior to the commencement of services.
• Once work has started, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

• The client must provide all necessary access, materials, and approvals required for the project within a reasonable timeframe.
• Failure to provide these resources may delay the project, and SoftBlack will not be held responsible for such delays.

All proprietary information shared between the client and SoftBlack will remain confidential unless express permission is granted.

• Upon final payment, the client will own the deliverables.
• SoftBlack reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless restricted by the client.

SoftBlack is not responsible for any loss, damage, or business interruption resulting from the use of its services.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice. In such cases, all fees for services rendered up to the termination date must be paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arlington, TX.

SoftBlack reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
